Programmatic Account Coordinator

The Weather Company's advertising sales division is now Watson Advertising, and represents the evolution of our sales organization since being acquired by IBM. We are an ecosystem of media, data, and AI technology solutions designed to help you save time, connect with customers, and drive ROI. The Programmatic Account Coordinator is a key role on the programmatic team. The AC is responsible for supporting our team of Programmatic Strategists & Account Managers who are driving Programmatic deals, Data sales and managing Ad tech partners. You will work with Sellers, Operations, Agencies & Trading Desks to set up deals, optimize deals based on performance & troubleshoot under-performing deals in SSP consoles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·  Work closely with the programmatic strategy, platform & operations team to rapidly onboard new customers thru legal, finance and operations
·  Assist Strategists in creation of persuasive sales presentations on programmatic media using market trends, case studies and Watson Advertising products
·  Attend and actively participate on sales calls, industry networking events, conferences.
·  Work cross-functionally with operations and yield teams to set up & monitor campaigns for success.
·  Manage successful client deployments and ensure ongoing high client satisfaction and renewal for reoccurring and incremental business.
·  Analyze performance of campaigns and think of ways to increase spend.
·  Build reporting and maintain a database of contacts for the programmatic team.
·  Responsible for implementing pmp & data deals in various SSPs.
·  Troubleshoot existing deals, suggest fixes and optimizations to internal and external parties involved.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 1 year in programmatic media at a publisher, agency or programmatic technology company.
·  Familiarity with Programmatic ad buying and the tech players in the space.
·  Effective time management skills--ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
·  Experience in digital campaign management.
·  Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
·  Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
·  Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
·  Professional demeanor. Strong oral and written communication skills.
