Job description

The Strategic Sourcing Buyer will be procuring products and services in support of various Line of Business. The buyer will be responsible to interface with our stakeholders and suppliers to negotiate and contract service agreements to ensure maintenance services are provided to our end clients He/she will work with a variety of Stakeholder groups including HR, Marketing, Security, Software Labs, Global Real Estate and the rest of Procurement. The Buyer will be a part of the procurement team which is made up of highly skills individuals that drive maximum savings and value for IBM Canada. The scope of our buying categories are large in comparison with the market and we interact with the entire end to end sourcing process.
