The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the following:

·  Manage implementation and migration of Sterling Solutions: Sterling Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Total Payments, Sterling Community Manager, Connect Direct, Sterling Secure Proxy for client projects in B2B, EDI and Integration, Managed File Transfer
·  Direct and manage teams of IBM Sterling Integrator implementation and migration: Managing Trading Partner implementations including: requirements gathering, analysis, mapping, testing, implementation, production support and documentation.
·  Must have the knowledge in various SDLC models such as Waterfall, Iterative and Agile. Expertise in tools such as Confluence, MPP, Rally etc. is desirable.
·  Communicate with all levels from client to internal customers, maintaining an executive presence;
·  Manage customer's escalations, Financial Tracking and Reporting, identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability
·  Ensure ongoing project excellence and delivery through direct oversight of ongoing programs while working closely with cross functional teams and clients.
·  Ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and scope constraints by tracking budget and forecasts utilizing a formal Statement of Work (SOW).
·  Manage Budget and Actual Costs: Estimation, Budget allocation, Track the actual vs budgeted cost, Cost forecasts validation. Overall monitoring
·  Perform Project Resource Management: Identifies project resource requirements and staff assignments. Updates the project plan with work assignments.
·  Provide work direction and leadership to assigned projects, including scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts.
·  Change management: review plans and progress, identify changes, drive process compliance and approvals. Escalate and report as needed.
·  Risk management: Proactively review plan content and changes to aid in identification, impact analysis and mitigation of risks and issues
·  People Management: Analyze and Manage Resource allocation, Utilization reporting, Career development guidance, appraisals and rotation/retention planning, Performance review and feedback, Team building BENEFITS

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  3+ years of experience in managing IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) implementation and migration programs
·  3+ years of experience in Banking Industry
·  10+ years of experience in People Leadership.
·  Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
·  Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external Trading Partners
