This role will need to follow US office hour, provides technical support and administers the process and control tools to manage IBM account's batch environment.
1. Responsibility:
· Monitor functional ID's and respond to requests in a timely manner.
· Perform and provide technical support for batch job scheduling and promotions.
· Provide first line production services support to operations for batch enquiries. This may include on-call coverage where after hours support coverage is required.
· Liaise with other IT Operations and service delivery groups.
· Ensure all assigned problem and change records are resolved within defined guidelines.
· Provide general housekeeping support for production services' products, batch jobs and processes.
· Work with and towards standardized processes and tools.
· Gatekeeper of all the batch scheduling standards and ensure that they are followed as per client specifications and requirements
2. Requirement:
· Bachelor or above, major in computer science or engineering is preferred.
· Interested in IT service delivery and willing to work on night shift.
· Have experience in mainframe and/or previous production control experience is a plus.
· English (Read/Write/Listen/Speak) : CET 4 or above with a good level of spoken English
