Network Security Operator

Job description

Currently we are looking for a new colleague to our Network Security team who will provide second level support in our Operation Center located in Budapest.

Responsibilities:
·  Monitoring firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS systems and SIEM events
·  Troubleshooting of Network Security environment incidents
·  Communicating with customers and network security engineering
·  Solve network security incidents/problems supported by checklists and documentation
·  Configuring complex firewall rules

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocol family
·  Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and Network Security technologies
·  Experience in troubleshooting
·  Good English language knowledge (spoken and written)
·  Ability to work in 24/7 shifts (8 hours, Monday to Friday)
·  Certificate of good conduct (erkölcsi bizonyítvány)
