Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Experience in IBM Open Power Production operation and maintenance;
2. Familiar with IBM Open Power hardware architecture, routine maintenance and problem diagnosis;
3. Familiar with routine maintenance and problem diagnosis of network-related products;
4. Familiar with routine maintenance and problem diagnosis of IBM DS8000 series disk arrays;
5. Strong communication skills, solid documentation background, will write various failure analysis reports;
6. Have a deep understanding of data backup and storage.
7. Ability to work hard and accept overtime
9. Experience in customer maintenance is preferred.
10. Bachelor degree or above
