Junior Test Manager

Objective of the job:

The objective of this job is to coordinate and drive the Testing of newly developed Open Badge request forms in our FEB Open Badge application. This platform is a form builder solution that is used to validate certain professional proficiencies in order to obtain IBM issued Open Badges. This Test Lead has the objective to understand the FEB Open Badges tool, the form creation process and build test cases and test plan that they can go and execute with the Tester Interns. Responsibilities also include communication of the Test progress towards global stakeholders and to the Scrum Team, manage defects and track their resolution.

Responsibilities:
·  Build Test Cases for newly developed forms
·  Build Test Plan for major form releases
·  Coordinate a group of intern or junior-hire Testers
·  Manage reporting of the Test progress (plan vs actual)
·  Defect management
·  Keep the Clients up to date on the progress of the Testing

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required skills, education and experience:
·  Fluent English
·  Acquire Business Process knowledge that the application is supporting
·  Acquire sufficient IT Technical knowledge about the application itself
·  Gain organizational awareness both on the CIO side and the User side
·  Gain knowledge on Agile and DevOps methods and practices
·  Capable of creating Test cases, Test plans, power curves
·  Has experience in defect management and reporting
·  Test Automation experience is beneficial
