What will I be doing?
· Analyse business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved and automated to enable the experience design. This requires constant collaboration and feedback into the design research, journey maps and service blueprint
· Facilitate process workshops, after which they document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents
· Able to see the big picture, understand project objectives and be able to apply the understanding of how processes should work to operational improvement initiatives
· Develop and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion
· Identify future automation opportunities in line with the and quantify benefits What experience do I need?
· Experience in applying systems thinking to break complex problems into smaller executable components
· Ability to gather and evaluate user and business requirements to design intuitive and human centred solutions
· Ability to frame questions, conduct workshop with stakeholders, understand pain points and synthesise findings
· Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative user research at all stages of product development
· Ability to map business processes and identify optimisation opportunities to reduce waste
· Ability to re-engineer and design future state workflows to enhance user experiences and simplify the technology landscape
· Experience with automation and emerging technologies including package workflow solutions, robotic process automation (RPA), AI and blockchain
· Experience with data architecture
· Experience working in agile environments
· Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; fluency and confidence in inspiring teammates and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels including operational staff, managers and executives
· Experience in working with development and product teams to communicate process requirements with focus on both the user experience and the technical solution
