What is the job about?
·  Design and development of big data projects
·  Complete project life cycle on integration projects: analysis, design, implementation, testing, support in product development and/or service projects Your everyday work would be:
·  Define big data architecture, make and communicate architecture decisions
·  Propose big data infrastructure
·  Design data model and queries
·  Implement analysis and machine learning use cases
·  Communicate customer requirements
·  Validate project plan and estimates
·  Prototyping key/most difficult concepts
·  Perform technical and development QA
·  Support presales process You should have knowledge of:
·  Big data architectures and patterns
·  Latest technology trends and frameworks used in big data
·  Implementation of big data technologies and applications
·  Applied knowledge of some Hadoop distributions - Apache, Hortonworks or Cloudera
·  Programming Mapreduce and integration/consolidation queries in Scala (or Java or Python), Spark and (SparkML welcome)
·  Applied knowledge of mainstream big data technologies: Parquet, Hive, HBase, Zepellin, Mahout, Ambari, Tableau etc.
·  Fluent knowledge of Czech/Slovak
·  English - intermediate
