HR Reporting Analyst

Job description

This role will support the IBM Learning Organization to acquire, analyze, and produce data/reports for business operations and support the management for business decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Establish strong relationships with stakeholders
·  Manage reporting requests in the reporting management system by using a standard process
·  Interact with reporting clients to understand metrics/reporting requirements to identify the reporting solution for the data requirements
·  Configure and write a basic database queries from proper data sources and organize per defined reporting requirements
·  Analyze data and make appropriate conclusions and prepare results into a meaningful format for the requestor
·  Distribute the reports/metrics in the standard and centralized repository
·  Standardize global metrics and eliminate duplication reporting work
·  Provide adhoc reporting support per business needs
·  Implement and maintain the reporting tools and drive reporting automation
·  Manage client expectation and understand business questions to provide recommendations based on data requirements
·  Enhance basic reporting of data to advanced analytics like segmentation, analytics & optimization as well as data visualization
·  Communicate the learning data / reports / analysis to the stakeholders
Skill Keywords:
·  Fluent English - both written and verbal
·  Measurement & Reporting, MS Excel, Data analysis, SQL database, Analytics tools
·  Good knowledge in digital analytics; with deep business acumen skills
·  In depth knowledge of digital media platforms, proficiency in web development, web advertising, and social media
·  Generate content, new ideas and campaigns, and measure how effective those ideas are.
·  Always looks for the latest online/digital trends and make sure that you keep up with public shifts in media attention
·  Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
·  Collaborate with internal teams to create reports with data insights
·  Strong analytical ability to provide data insights, behavioral analysis for Learning & Development
·  Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
