Job description
This role is performed by technical leads who specialize in providing technical support and direction to production operators. This role also provides service to clients on hardware and software components. Job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to integration and configuration services, production system administration and updates, capacity planning, monitoring and reporting production performance and quality compliance.The employee leads technical support or the business processes.
