Job description

1. Focus on the system software operation and maintenance service and project implementation service requirements of customers, and provide corresponding solutions.
2. Work with the team to develop a detailed system software service implementation plan for the solution and prepare the implementation plan and runbook.
3. As a local expert in the project, carry out product maintenance, problem solving and emergency support services for the production / test system of customers
4. In the project, design, implement, test, put into production, monitor and optimize the implementation scheme for the customer's complex system change, system software upgrade, architecture adjustment and other requirements.
5. Ensure high customer satisfaction with IBM technical support and project services in the implementation service.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's degree or above, working experience related to IBM mainframe
·  At least 8-10 years Mainframe projects delivery experience.
·  Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of mainframe system related solution and methodology.
·  Have good knowledge of IBM Parallel Sysplex and DB2 Data Sharing on mainframe
·  Have good knowledge of DB2/QREP/CDC products implementation and maintenance skills and DB2 Admin Tools, etc.
·  Good working attitude and good Chinese/English communication skills.
·  Team player, with good ownership and leadership, dedication to work.
