IBM is looking for a marketing and communications professional who is truly passionate about the value of bringing IBM client stories to life.

The Client Case Study Quality Assurance Lead ensures new and existing client case studies meet all quality guidelines. The Client Case Study Quality Assurance Lead will work in multiple content management systems to perform lifecycle management of all client story assets including: updating, archiving, publishing, and merchandising.

Job responsibilities include:
• Perform quality checks on digital case studies prior to publication in Drupal
· Publish digital case studies in Drupal as needed
• Update digital case studies when offering name changes occur
• Check and fix broken links in the Drupal case study web segment
• Manage expirations of PDF assets published in the content management system, ensuring linkage to the digital case study
• Manage archiving of digital case studies and associated assets
• Check product and solution tagging in taxonomy and make appropriate changes when taxonomy is updated
• Respond to all inquiries about published or archived case study assets

This position will be located in IBM offices in Austin, Texas.

Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  3+ years content marketing experience
·  Expertise in web publication tools such as Drupal
·  Experience with content and database management systems
·  Attention to detail is a must
·  Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization working with a variety of marketing, sales and offering management teams
·  Experience in working in a fast-paced corporate environment
·  Degree in Marketing, Communications, or closely-related field
