Business Analyst Responsibilities: ¿ Lead in business requirement analysis & definition, including business processes, products, etc. ¿ Lead in fit/gap analysis for an insurance package, both life & non-life. ¿ Develop and implement industry solutions by applying detailed knowledge of insurance industry. ¿ Support Associate Partner and Market Leader in engagement pursuits. ¿ Ability to lead the delivery of one or more work streams of large or medium engagements. ¿ Lead in devising solution & workaround for business-related or IT-related problems. ¿ Ability to work directly with clients. Ability to establish working relationships with key client personnel. Requirement: - Good insurance domain knowledge and consultant skill. - BA experience on insurance industry, prefer Life Insurance. - Good English skill on listen, reading and written. - Nice to have package experience, SAP is best, then oracle, people soft etc. - Accept long term travel -Working location: Shanghai /BeiJing
