Business Analyst - Business Intelligence

Job description

Within IBM, the Business Analyst (BI) is responsible for analyzing the requirements and requests from the business as well as identifying and assessing change needs. The Business Analyst captures and documents requirements, analyzes the impact of changes and supports the business throughout the implementation process.
The Business Analyst supports the Lead Business Analyst in communicating and reporting the status of service level agreement and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Further responsibilities:
·  Communication with customer representatives (business users/analysts) about their requirements.
·  Consultations about current functionality of data warehouse for customer.
·  Internal tests of newly developed areas.
·  Cooperation in setting the data warehouse analysis methodology
·  Support of assigned country analysts.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  BI/DWH knowledge;
·  Minim 2 years experience on a similar role.
·  Financial products knowledge.
·  Analytical skill, creative problem solving.
·  Very good communication skills.
·  Ability to spend one or two weeks on business trip.
