Job description

This role provides ownership and oversight of all process development, improvement, and implementation of Software Process Improvement (SPI) based on the CMM framework. Interview client stakeholders to gather and write business requirements for large-scale digital projects like website redesigns, innovative mobile applications
The BA role works closely with UX and Tech to deliver digital solutions for our client. As a passionate thought leader in digital, you evaluate and help turn client desires into reality. The BA also works closely with the financial services lead to turn strategies into requirements for projects on the road map.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1-2 years of experience in the area of consulting/business analysis
Ability to work in a team environment, passionate and innovative.
Fluent Thai, Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Experienced in Telecommunication and/or Banking Industry.
