General job role information:
- Provide timely and accurate recording, reporting consistent with US GAAP, IBM Accounting practises and Procedures and Hungarian Statutory Rules, incl the procedures and processes set by Delivery Center Operational and Financial Standards, GTS Global Standards
- Highlight risks to management to be able to meet financial commitments
- Maintain SAT control level for audit, MSAC, SOX, BC
- Continually improve internal control posture / audit readiness through proactive activities with focus on control points, documentation, reviews and audits
General job role responsibilities:
I. Planning activities
Request, consolidate and validate inputs for:
­ Delivery Centre Local Operations Plan
­ Delivery Centre efficiencies

II. Controlling activities
­ Participate in Month-End-Closing activities
­ Monthly reconciliation of BMS and pending charges
­ Prepare billings to other IBM entities as per necessities
­ Provide management requested analysis and reports
­ Control and analyse deviation between planned and claimed FTEs BAU and Transfer
­ Control and analyse compliance on plan vs actual on workitem used
­ Controls on BMS/PACT records
­ Controls on Local Operations Plan
­ Controls site claim performance

III. Reporting activities
­- Prepare reports and templates for Delivery Center internal reporting/claim control packages
­- Prepare external reports as per customer requirements
­- Provide information for finance local management
­- Provide information for business controls and audits
­- Provide information for presentations according to management request
