MISSION
Provide digital and marketing teams the tools for a management system which allows for the understanding and analysis of performance. Deliver best in class data driven decision making for IBM Marketing

GOALS
·  provide a trusted, consistent and usable source of facts to systems and analysts/specialists
·  apply cognitive intelligence to derive strategies for audience profiling, audience re-targeting, content personalization and optimized customer journeys.

We are not satisfied with the status quo, and we have commitment from the business to create a best-in-class next generation platform.

·  Experience in Data Engineering with Big Data
·  Experience designing and developing for Hive and HBase
·  Experience designing and implementing workflows using Oozie
·  Experience designing and developing Spark solutions in Scala/Java (Scala preferred)
·  Experience in Kafka
·  Experience with Hadoop distribution including BigInsights add-ons (BigSQL, BigSheets)
·  Salary starting from 2.200 EUR gross/month, depending on relevant experience
