Job description
This role provides primary responsibility to ensure high quality and timeliness of input into the asset, i.e. hardware and/or software, tracking database(s); provides process documentation and training activities as necessary; and ensures audit-readiness of all processes, tasks, and activities. Activity responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, interface with Support Team organizations; monitoring of processes, data flows, and data repositories to ensure assets' data elements are being collected, handled, stored, and reported accurately; performance of timely asset data updates to maintain accuracy of database repository(ies); identifying possible asset discrepancies and managing discrepancy resolution process to closure; procedure and process documentation; and asset reporting and measurements. The employee prioritizes tasks and chooses the best method.
