Who you are:

You will be the SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) in the Devops team who is expected to have in-depth technical knowledge of setting up Continuous Integration & Deployment pipelines, building self-service environments, automating manual tasks and implementing them in the Continuous Delivery pipeline.

What you'll do:
·  You will analyze the clients' IT environment for achieving better efficiency using Devops methodology and tools in conventional or Cloud environments.
·  Prepare a gap analysis document and / or design a proposed Devops adoption roadmap.
·  Architect the Devops tooling infrastructure and define the interface requirements among the various tool sets.
·  Analyze the software build and deploy requirements for a project; portfolio or account and define the architecture using the necessary IBM and non IBM software tools like RTC (Rational Team Concert) BuildForge or uDeploy (Urbancode Deploy) How we'll help you grow:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Should have working experience with any IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service), SAAS (Software as a Service) & PAAS (Platform as a Service)solutions and migrating workloads from one cloud provider to another.
·  Knowledge on code build methodologies and tools such as Maven, Ant, Graddle etc.
·  Should have knowledge of setting up source Code Management processes – Code Promotion, Branching Strategies, & Code Merges;
·  Experience in setting up CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery) pipeline from scratch using Jenkins or Bamboo.

·  Working knowledge of Automated Testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG etc.
·  In-depth knowledge of Linux OS, virtualization, cloud on-demand computing, and a wide variety of open source tools and application stacks that need to be automated (Tomcat, Maven, Ant, IIS, Nginx, Apache etc.);
·  Embrace and practice Devops best practices and guiding principals.
