Team Leader-Engineering(Kitchen Technician)

Job description

- You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

- Job Description of Kitchen Technician Team Leader:

1)Should be min. ITI in electrical. Diploma preferred.

2)Should have 9-10 years of experience in handling kitchen equipment (Preferably Electrolux).

3)Should be in the TL/ supervisor position for last min 2 years.

4)Should be well versed with ISO documentation/ compliances.

5)Should have working computer knowledge.

6)Should be well versed in Preventive maintenance methodology.

7)Knowledge in Refrigeration an added advantage.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering, with minimum of 2 years work experience as engineer in hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant.
