Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Hygiene Officer assist to monitor hygiene and food safety standard in all areas and fully implements, maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspection reports, and hygiene training session as well as maintains the HACCP system into the Food & Beverage operation. The Hygiene Manager is expected to be on board in August 2024 .

Qualifications :
· Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
· Ideally with a university degree / diploma in Food Science or Hospitality/Tourism management.
· Work experience as Hygiene Officer or Hygiene Assistant in hotel / tourism / airline industry are preferred.
· Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene standards and the ability to implement them while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
· Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
