Reporting to the Head Chef you will assist in the overall management and leadership of the kitchen, ensuring all standards and procedures are met resulting in consistency, quality and profitability.
For this particular role, we are looking for the right attitude. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in our production kitchen, and across our outlets. This exciting role is responsible for supervising, training, and developing the kitchen brigade. You will ensure memorable guest experiences through using your extensive knowledge of international cuisine and culinary creativity.
