Job description
You will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience by allocate rooms according to guest request & preferences. Have to perform duties such as managing guest rooms assignments, monitoring room availability, and strategizing room plans.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
