You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department. You will be part of the opening housekeeping team.
You will be in charge of:
· Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
· Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff.
· Purchasing, re-ordering and maintaining housekeeping supplies and inventory.
· Training all new housekeeping staff members
Profil recherché
Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Manager - or Team Leader - Housekeeping. · Good communication and customer relations skills.
