Pastry Intern from March 2017

We are looking for an intern for our Pastry department.

The internship period will be for 4 months to 6 months starting in March 2017.

You will work for 35 hours per week (5 working days - 2 days off including Sunday).

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service in our culinary department and to give a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

You will have to understand Hyatt standards and you will discover the culinary department in our luxury establishment.
You must be enrolled in a Culinary or Hotel School and prepare a diploma as Bachelor or a BTS in Hospitality Industry.

You will need basic knowledge of Food & Beverage (products, service and courtesy).

You will have to speak French fluently.
