Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Guest Experience Manager who will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Experience Manager is responsible to lead the guest satisfaction program (HYSAT) by conducting hotel key metrics performance analysis and provide action planning with divisional support, and to ensure standard best practices, service touches and signature experiences are performed daily their responsible areas.

This position is ranked as Manager, and will report to Front Office Manager.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality management..
·  Knowledge of complete Front Office/Guest Experience/Guest Relations operation is essential.
·  Good Problem solving, analytic and interpersonal skills are a must.
·  Strong communication skills along with a fluent English capability in written and verbal.
·  Fluent both in English and Korean.
