DESCRIPTION:

As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team at the Grand Hyatt Manila, we are seeking a well-experienced Materials Clerk who will assist the Materials Manager in the smooth operation and efficient running of the Materials Department while meeting department's objectives.

As a Materials Clerk, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. As the hotel's Materials Clerk, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. You will support the smooth and efficient running of the Materials Department.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

* Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or hospitality/ tourism management

* Professional Experience in Hospitality : Work experience in Purchasing/ Materials operations in a 5 star luxury property, 2 years of which would have been spent as a Materials/ Purchasing Clerk . Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board passer is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge in Purchasing/ Receiving/ Store management is an advantage. Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
