This role will provide essential support to the Human Resources division.

Some responsibilities of this role include:

· Assists with the recruitment processes, resume screening and phone screening of potential candidates
· Coordinates interview scheduling for Human Resources, Department Heads, Division Heads as required
· Maintains personnel files accurately
· Assists with the on-boarding of all new associates
· Maintains and coordinates all noticeboards (physical and electronic)
· Assists in managing the social events and staff recognition program
· Handles all methods of communication and direct enquiries in a professional manner.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Completed Hospitality or Human Resources Diploma or Degree
·  Experience working in a Human Resources Environment or in hotel-related operational positions
·  Will possess an appreciation for working with multi-cultural workforces
·  Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within a team environment and communicates in a positive manner with all levels
·  Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
·  Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in New Zealand for a minimum 1 year.
