Known for its spectacular views on Paris from its guestrooms, as well as its panoramic bar located on the 34th floor, Hyatt Regency Paris-Etoile is a Parisian landmark, directly connected to the Palais des Congrès.
Hyatt Regency Paris-Etoile is currently continuing an important renovation designed by George Wong that will end in December 2017.

We want to strenghten the Human Resources team.

As an Assistant of Human Resources, your main missions will be :

Administrative

- To handle the administration for the hotel ...

- To prepare and check the payroll preview for temporary staff

- To manage the orders for the department

- To take care of the invoices for the department

Recruitment

- To assist the recruitment team in their day to day business

- To handle the administration of interns or apprentices

- To participate in the implementation of various Human Resources projects

- To handle temporary work

Profil recherché

Savoir faire & Social skills

You want to actively participate in the transformation of the most emblematic Hotel in Paris. You are characterized by your desire to learn, your dynamism, your ability to listen. Your responsiveness with effective communication skills and loads of common sense will be greatly appreciated.

You will be organised and structured and will maintain consistent performance under pressure with an exceptional eye for detail. Confidentiality is key, as is a positive and professional approach.

Degrees & Competencies
Ideally with a master degree or diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality/Tourism management ;
You must be fluent in french and english ;
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially word, excel and publisher is essential ;
A first experience in Human Resources (internships; apprenticeships) would be appreciated.

A working experience in luxury hospitality would be a useful benefit
