Job description



Duties and Responsibilities

· Handles guest complaints to the satisfaction of all parties.
· Notifies the Room Division Manager, Head Host or Host Supervisor if assistance is required.
· Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all time
· Coordinates with the Head Host with regards to all guest functions and ensure that FO notice boards display current information about hotel services and activities, outlet timings, etc.
· Must be able to provide in-depth local knowledge about the Alila Experiences offered and other guest activities within the vicinity of the hotel.
· Maintains an up to date listing of all activity suppliers, boutiques and restaurants frequented or of possible interest to guests.
· Familiarize with the updated current arrivals list and acquaint oneself with list of VIP, Returning, and Suite guests.
· To actively promote and sell the hotel's promotional activities and other facilities.
· To always be available to handle guest requests and be visible in the lobby or public area, meet guests and record all suggestion and comments received.

1. Minimum SPM certification required

2. Experience in similar position or one position lower

3. Possesses people skills by approaching challenges / mistakes in a professional and objective manner

4. Possesses relevant administrative skills

5. Has a confident personality
