As Front Office Training Manager you will assists Front office Manager in identifying training needs. You will have the key responsibility to ensure the team and new members are well trained and able to perform in their position
-Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to employees and implemented
-Ensure that brand standards have been implemented
-Coordinate and monitor the hotel's Training Plan and Calendar
-Coordinate the compilation and review of the hotel's Departmental Operations Manuals
-Monitor of departmental standards as defined in the Departmental Operations Manual
-Assists to plan, implement and monitor, in conjunction with other members of the Human Resources Division both General/Core and Management Training
-Respond to the results of the Brand Standard Audit and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.
-Works in a supportive and flexible manner in line with our purpose
-Monitors the performance of the team members ensuring they are developed to their maximum potential and efficiency
-Support the hotels target for NPS and customer service
Profil recherché
Qualifications :
Ideally with a master degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Front Office manager. Pedagogic and technical skills. (Opera/Hotsos).
Well developped communication and customer relations skills.
The candidates need to be eligible to work in the EU. It is also required to speak french and english fluently.
