Front Office Assistant Manager (Local citizen)

Job description
· To supervise the assigned station / section, to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Hyatt Regency Bishkek and Hyatt Hotels Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction;
· Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information;
· Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times;
· Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate;
· Be familiar with the hotel's products and services and policies;
· Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily;
· Ensures that guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat guests are pre-registered;
· Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships;
· Personally and frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out;

· Works closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Desired profile
1. University degree (graduate degree preferred) – preference given to Hospitality Management or business-related degrees;
2. Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel (essential);
3. Knowledge of PMS system (essential, preferably Opera);
4. 3 years minimum prior experience as Team Leader Front Office;
5. Appreciation for working with multi-cultural workforces of differing education levels
