What exactly would YOU be doing?

• Conducting regular site walks for plant & equipment;

• Ordering parts as required;

• Carrying out repairs on electrical, mechanical equipment;

• Monitoring B.M.S reports and recording all faults, conducting follow up works;

• Making security keys and conducting security walks as required;

• Making incident reports for health & safety and security;

• Carrying out PPM tasks as required and logging all findings and replacements;

• Assigning tasks to other maintenance personnel and following up on works carried out;

• Overseeing daily tasks for compliance & legislation;

• Supervising all 3rd party vendors and logging work carried out;

• Cross checking invoices versus works completed;

• And so much more!

Desired profile

Qualifications :

About YOU:
• You have at least 1 year of experience working as an Engineer or part of a Maintenance team, preferably in the hospitality industry;
• You have a relevant Degree or Diploma related to engineering – an Electrical / Mechanical Diploma would be ideal;
• You have good language and communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well;
• You love Amsterdam and what it has to offer!
