Job description
· Carry out all professionally reasonable instruction given by your supervisor and department head.
· To set up the work station for the daily operation of the food outlet and to ensure enough mise-en-place for the expected volume of business.

Able to prepare and sells food within recommended time frames to meet Guest expectations.
·
Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.
·
Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
·
Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
·
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
·
Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
·
Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times.
·
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· 1-3 years in similar position experience or similar field.
· Excellent English oral and written skills
· Ability to handle high volume with attention to detail
· An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times
· Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner
· Knowledge of the generally accepted respective department principles and local regulations
· Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
