Banqueting Intern from January 2017
We are looking for an intern for our Banqueting department.
The internship period will be for 4 months to 6 months.
You will work for 35 hours per week (5 working days - 2 days off including Sunday).
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers in our F&B Outlets and to give a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
You will have to understand Hyatt standards, to know our menus and you will discover the food & beverage department in our luxury establishment.
Your manager will give you an internship project.
You must be enrolled in a Culinary or Hotel School and prepare a diploma as Bachelor or a BTS in Hospitality Industry.
You will need basic knowledge of Food & Beverage (products, service and courtesy).
You will have to speak French fluently and strong English knowledge will be required.
A third language will be an asset.
