You will primarily be responsible to ensure a an exciting, fun, enjoyable and memorable dining experience for all guests at restaurant, closely working to support the Director of Restaurant Operations to position it as the most thriving F & B destination. You will be required to ensure a detailed review of the business forecast in advance for efficient planning and organizing all the resources. You will be responsible for maximizing associates productivity through multiskilling, flexible scheduling and unique bespoke training and development plans for each team member.
