Role Overview

To handle the mentioned IOCD / SCANNING functions within Operational Services, in line with Service Level Agreements and QCB regulations. Below are the core tasks, and is not limited to same. The job holder is also expected to multi-task where necessary, within the team.

Duties & Responsibilities



· Scanning all Bank transactional documents into the correct respective work queues within the agreed timelines.
· Ensure images are clear, post scanning of the document.
· Checking of reconciliation reports (hourly basis) to ensure all documents are uploaded. Escalate to the Line Manager, if any issue identified.
· End of day reconciliation and filing carried out for scanned documents.
· Conduct preliminary checks before scanning the Bank transactional document.
· Receipt and scanning of voucher bundles.
· Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Experience and Qualifications:


· 
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

· 
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Arabic would be an advantage.

· 
MS office applications – Intermediate level

· 
PC literate
