We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
· Handle clients' applications and onboarding, including QFII, RQFII, CIBM and China B account & investor ID opening;
· Provide general client support within Client Services team, support and handle all customer questions and queries in a professional and effective manner on a daily basis, to deliver a consistent and high-quality services to our clients
· Prepare a timely update for various products guides, market statistics, operating memorandum, application checklists, presentations and etc.
· Responsible for completing clients' annual Business Risk Riview, compliance reports, RMB account annual Review and etc.
· Working closely with the FIG team, GB and other internal departments.
· To ensure service quality and customer satisfaction in order to meet the standards stated in Service Level agreement and market regulations;

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·  Bachelor degree holder with minimum three year working experience in securities industry and / or in banking and financial institution
·  Sufficient knowledge in securities market
·  Strong analysis ability
·  Proficiency in both oral and written English
·  Strong capacity to manage client interests and be customer focus
·  Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential
