We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

·       Lead the strategic direction and management of the testing function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT strategies.

·       Oversee multiple testing teams, ensuring that testing phases for projects are executed to the highest standards.

·       Champion the adoption of advanced testing methodologies and automation, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.

·       Engage with global testing teams to share best practices and integrate advanced testing approaches across the organization.

·       Manage relationships with vendors, conducting thorough testing to identify product weaknesses and collaborating on comprehensive improvement plans.

·       Provide senior-level negotiation and conflict resolution within the project management framework, ensuring risks are managed to acceptable levels.

·       Exhibit exceptional risk management skills, independently balancing risk and effectiveness with strategic oversight.

·       Mentor and develop testing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.
·  Proven experience in user requirement management in an IT environment.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
·  Experience with requirement tracking tools and benefit realization frameworks.
·  Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
·  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
