We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

·  Conduct classic requirements analyses to understand project objectives, goals, and requirements.
·  Formulate requirement specifications or user stories that clearly outline the scope, functionality, and deliverables of the project.
·  Review and validate requirement specifications to ensure they accurately capture the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
·  Identify areas of improvement in requirement processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
·  Execute requirement reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and make necessary revisions.
·  Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and timely implementation of project requirements.
·  Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all requirements are being met within specified framework conditions.
·  Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project requirements, progress, and any changes or challenges.
·  Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on requirement management best practices and processes.
·  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and advancements in requirement management practices and implement relevant changes or improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         Strong knowledge and understanding of requirement management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

·         Proficiency in using requirement management tools and software.

·         Experience in collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to gather and analyze project requirements.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and address potential issues or gaps in requirements.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in requirement documentation.

·         Experience in conducting requirement reviews and facilitating discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.

·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·         Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
