We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as PayMe UI Designer .

Principal responsibilities

​Work with various other product teams to deliver detailed design systems and components, User Interface screens, creative flows, and other visual assets, such as animations, prototypes, and full user journeys

·
Work closely with User Interface designers, User Experience researchers, service designers, content writers and developers to deliver the best possible design and user experience

·
Translate complex ideas into simple to understand designs for use on various device screens

·
Champion attention to detail, design innovation, and staying up to date on latest design industry trends and philosophies

·
Be vocal in internal meetings including daily standups, creative reviews and planning sessions

·
Ensure our product design is accessible and meet regulatory needs

·
Contribute and improve PayMe's design guidelines, design system and components, process and culture

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
​Experience working with other design disciplines, developers and multiple stakeholders

· 
Experience designing for and shipping multiple apps on iOS and Android

· 
Excellent understanding of User Interface design for mobile, web and tablet

· 
Excellent communicator and storyteller

· 
Strong attention to detail

· 
Stays up to date on latest design industry trends and philosophies

· 
Well versed in using Sketch, Abstract, InVision, Adobe Suite, and other design tools

· 
Ability to prototype, iterate, share and collect results

· 
A drive to make good products even better

· 
Able to deliver under deadlines

· 
Able to deliver in fast paced environment and teams

· 
Ability to clearly explain and defend your creative thinking and work to key stakeholders and reviewers

· 
Great at decision making, with the ability to make clear judgments and understand the implications

· 
Open minded, curious, and a willingness to learn and expand skills beyond your own domain
