We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Management Support, Private Wealth Solutions .

Principal responsibilities
· Support Business Management team in coordinating and undertaking various business initiatives or projects.
· Provide analytical, administrative, and management support to allow front or middle office and support functions to execute their strategy and plans effectively and efficiently in a risk and regulatory-compliant manner.
· Maintain key management dashboards, such as collect relevant information for the bank's Conduct related reporting.
· Responsible for Business Continuity Plan, arrange and coordinate with stakeholders.
· Support the production of meeting packs and presentations for Executive Board Meetings, Business Control Committee, town-halls or other presentations in collaboration with Communications where required.
· Assist in carrying out regular or ad hoc reviews with collaboration with Business Risk and Control Management to ensure business areas are working effectively, agreeing remedial actions and supporting and monitoring actions taken.
· Establish strong working relationships across Relationship Management, Wealth Planning, Customer Support Services, Business Risk and Control Management and other support functions or Risk Stewards and the collective Global Private Banking and Private Wealth Solutions businesses generally.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  University degree in a relevant discipline, or a professional qualification
·  Some knowledge on trust legislation, estate and trust administration, offshore trust practice, taxation and trust accounting
·  Experience in Financial, Management accounting, Control or Risk reporting, Information Technology Governance, Information Technology security, Audit and Compliance
·  Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
·  Able to think laterally and take a pragmatic approach, when necessary, to issue resolution
·  Demonstrate strong teamwork
·  Ability to exercise sound judgment in decision making practices
·  Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
·  Must possess effective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills
