Associate, Middle Office Sales Support - Markets Operations

Markets Operations is responsible for driving every part of the trade lifecycle post execution. Its global teams manage settlement activity, risk and control, while ensuring the delivery of regulatory compliance and seamless operational client service across 60 countries.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate, Middle Office Sales Support .

Principal responsibilities
· Facilitate Middle Office Trade Support and Position Management implementation.
· Provide further support on Sales tasks including non-economic amendments, UAT testing, block allocations, query management and systems feed exception monitoring.
· Ensure the overall success of the Middle Office Target Operating Model design and implementation and 2018 new products, initiatives and business requirements followed by the successful implementation of middle office desk support.
· Provide appropriate input in all change initiatives, advising potential impact on the current processes, drives change management in coordination with IT to increase automation and controls.
· Assist in building out a global and robust set of controls in line with the GM Control Framework to ensure the overall success of Middle Office TOM design and implementation.

·  Working product knowledge of Fixed Income Derivatives products.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills in communication with diverse groups internally and externally.
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Rigorous approach to controls and the minimization of operational risk.
·  Partnership skills are essential as there will be working with other members of the team.
·  Flexible, with the ability to resolve issues under tight deadlines.
