Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1) To support Ops support team per Regional CCS structure requirement

2) Key roles and responsibilities include:

-Perform quality assurance for secured lending products including but not limited to HML.

-Provide QA support on project level such as Project Nightingale

-Conduct training for new joiners, branch staffs by request. Refresh UWS staff knowledge frequently

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Having solid experience of operational support and with credit assessment/approval for retail products will be a plus
-Familiar with secured lending process
-Good and impressive communication skills
-Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the State).
-Good communication and time management skills
