We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Life Operations Service Management .

Principal responsibilities

· Plan and allocate Insurance Operations team resources to handle different transaction peaks and meet the required delivery timelines as required by business
· Assist in planning, organizing of any agreed business processes
· Use business knowledge and technical skills to identify possibility for service efficiency improvement and expense reductions and recommend streamlines to achieve the process improvement
· Supporting Insurance Operations from all aspects including management information reports, productivity, risk management, cost saving, smoothness of work, and administrations
· Incident remediation and reporting

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  ​Degree holder with solid experience in insurance operations or management support
·  Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
·  Strong business acumen and has a vision in service and process enhancement
·  Initiative, self-driven, good interpersonal skill, negotiating and influencing skills
·  Team leading experience
·  Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
