Assistant GLCM Product Manager

Commercial Banking – Global Liquidity and Cash Management

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking (CMB) business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant GLCM Product Manager .

Principal responsibilities

· Assist in driving the development of commercial card to enhance customer value and raise brand awareness and equity in targeted market segment in commercial and global banking
· Assist in developing the documentation and operational flow for launch of new or enhanced commercial card
· Formulate marketing campaign to grow fee income revenue and monitor performance of campaigns
· Coordinate with internal business units and the Group on various initiatives / activities / projects
· Formulate and implement business initiatives to achieve agreed business goals

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
·  3 years' experience in banking product development / management from corporate banking or retail banking industry, experience from credit card industry preferred
·  Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure
·  Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
·  Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
·  Excellent command of Access and Excel
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of GLCM Product Officer.
