Assistant Business Management Manager

Investment Services - Investment Management Department

Hang Seng's Investment Services business offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to both private and corporate investors. Our customers can invest in over 400 investment funds managed by reputable international fund houses. The funds cover different asset classes, including global equities, bonds, money markets and foreign exchange markets. We also provide asset management services for retirement schemes, institutional investors and charitable organisations.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Business Management Manager

Principal responsibilities

· Support line manager to liaise and follow up with various parties on administration matters
· Ensure the department to operate in efficient and effective way such as IT support
· Review completed documents and supporting tickets for completeness and accuracy
· Follow up and maintain good documentation record for internal control and audit trail
· Ensure all team members to complete internal mandatory training and reporting as well as licensed representatives to complete regulatory required CPTs and declaration
· Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time and take accountability

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University Degree in Business or a related discipline; Associate Degree may be considered
·  Minimum of 2 years' banking or investment experience, with related exposure to internal and regulatory governance covering asset management operations
·  Familiar with and good understanding of HKMA/SFC/MPFA regulatory requirements are advantages
·  Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
·  Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
·  Computer literate with proficiency in advanced MS Excel
·  Fluent in both English and Chinese
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
