Asset Management Services Associate

Hang Seng's Operations is a team of experienced banking operations professionals who strives for delivering time-to-market, efficient and world-class processing services to customers, corporations, financial institutions and internal units.

Should you join our Operations, you will focus on delivering excellent services through teaming up with fellow colleagues, business partners and Group Services Centers. You will work closely with our branch staff, relationship managers, product owners and IT teams. You will be developed with skills and mindset for process ownership, quality and risk management, high performance coaching, adaptive operating model and effective cost management.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Asset Management Services Associate .

Principal responsibilities

· Provide back office support to asset management business
· Provide support to monitor and detect any exceptions to investment guidelines / regulatory mandates set out for investment services business to comply.
· Prepare reports to monitor usage of broker / issuer limit for investment activities of investment service business.
· Develop / update spreadsheets to cater for on-going changes of the tailor-made investment guidelines
· Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) of system development
· Adhere to operational procedures to ensure compliance with the Bank's guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
·  Minimum of 2 years' experience and sound knowledge of investment products
·  Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong knowledge of spreadsheet application software and Bloomberg terminal usage an advantage
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
