Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. This position will be working in the Retail banking head office, and be accounting for providing administrative support to the Business Performance Management (BPM) and Chief Administration Office teams.

The role requires strong administrative skills, high attention to detail to ensure all governance related tasks are completed in a compliant and consistent manner.

The key responsibilities of the role are:
· Consolidate and present appropriate data and reporting to support all RBWM governance forums and related updates, ensuring all presentation materials are accurate and consistent.
· Conduct research and analysis when required to support the various forums managed by the Chief Administration Office.
· Create, review and update governance materials and business manuals as and when required by the BPM Team.
· Provide support to the Greater BPM team to help the day to day BAU activities as required.
· Actively build and maintain strong relationships with all internal functions within RBWM in particular BPM.
· Ensure Consistency, Timeliness and Transparency of assigned tasks.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need:

·  Minimum 2 years administration experience with solid exposure in governance and compliance related tasks
·  Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint & Excel is essential)
·  Strong interpersonal skills
·  High level attention to detail and time management skills
·  Analytical and problem solving approach
·  Experience within Banking / Financial industry is advantageous
